Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph is on lockdown after a high-speed chase led a driver to the base. Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office deputies were in pursuit of a driver in a stolen vehicle that turned into a high-speed chase. The person driving the vehicle ended up crashing through a gate and entering JBSA-Randolph and the chase continued.
