A fifth member of a Hollywood family has died following a Sunday morning crash on Interstate 75.   Nathan Russell, Jr., 10, died Monday at UF Health Shands Hospital after being transported with critical injuries, troopers said.   Nathan Russell, 37, Lynda Russell, 35, LaNyah Russell, 15, and Natayah Russell, 10, were killed Sunday.     Officials said the Russell's car hit a broken down semi-truck that was parked on the shoulder of the interstate.   A gofundme page was created to help with expenses.
