Sen. James Inofe, a close ally of the EPA administrator, is the latest to grow weary of Pruitt's escalating ethics problems. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt's nonstop scandals are finally beginning to test the patience of some of his staunchest political allies.
