A Lebanon man, who attacked a woman in 2017 only to be beaten up himself, accepted a plea deal recently in Wilson County criminal court. Walter Butler, 65, agreed to the plea deal Nov. 20, when he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, a class C felony. Butler attacked a woman in 2017 who then defended herself and landed Butler first in the hospital and then in jail.
