 A Catholic priest of the Diocese of Rapid City was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 2, on suspicion he had sexual contact with a child, police officials announced.The Rev. John Praveen, 38, made a first appearance in court on Wednesday before a magistrate judge via interactive TV from the Pennington County jail in Rapid City.
