NAPA (BCN) At least four apartment units were damaged in a fire at an apartment complex in Napa on Tuesday night, according to police. Napa police Sgt. Alfonso Ortiz said the fire damaged the residences at the complex in the 2600 block of Wilkins Avenue at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. Nobody was injured, but the residents of the damaged units were displaced and assisted by the American Red Cross. Napa fire officials didn't return phone calls seeking additional information. SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) A one-alarm fire late this morning at a home in San Francisco's Ingleside Heights displaced 10 people, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.  DOVER Investigation is continuing into the cause of a Monday morning fire at a duplex at 402 and 404 W. Sixth St.Fire Lt.
