Hurricane Harvey dealt a blow to the Kingwood community, but it is slowly getting back on its feet. Dozens of businesses already have reopened. Plainview High School Lady Dog volleyball team members gather following practice Wednesday to donate $525 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief.
