Funeral Services for Carole Ann Fiset-Barber, age 63, of Ogdensburg, will be held on Monday (August 20, 2018) at 1:00 p.m. at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home with Rev. F. James Shurtleff & Deacon Mark LaLonde officiating. Burial will follow at the Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held also on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Last summer, an Albuquerque charity shared its institutional conclusion that poverty is the problem in New Mexico. The charity misses the point, as do those writing heart-rending tales about awful things happening to children in our state.
